I’m really a reluctant blogger; I write for myself, family, friends and colleagues. I write so that I can think; if you enjoy listening in, be my guest. I dont’ blog hourly (gasp!) or even daily sometimes (sigh!), but just when “the Spirit” moves me. Or when I’ve gotta say something or bust!

You’re welcome to comment, of course. In fact, it’s nicer when you post a comment here, rather than my having to wait until you email me or run into me on the street and say, “You know, I was reading your blog last week, and I wanted to say that …”

My “day job” is as Education Program Manager at the Alban Institute in Herndon, VA. Previously I was Director of the Center for Christian Formation in the Cathedral College of Washington National Cathedral.

I also am a member of St. Thomas’ Parish at Dupont Circle in Washington, DC, where my wife, Nancy Lee Jose, serves as rector. At St. Thomas’ Parish I serve on our Education and Formation Committee, and host a parish blog, www.blogging-thomas.org.

I look forward to hearing from you!
